Tech Panther's liability in connection with our Services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific Service provided. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tech Panther provides its Services "as is" and without any warranty or representation, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tech Panther does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Payment and Fees

Payment for our Services is due at the time the data recovery process is complete and prior to the return of the recovered data. Tech Panther reserves the right to charge interest on any unpaid amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month. Any fees associated with the data recovery process will be outlined in the Service Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice to you. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications to these Terms shall constitute your agreement to the modified Terms.

Data Recovery Services

We recover data from a range of storage devices that include hard drives, solid state drives, pen drives, digital tapes, and NAS or RAID configured servers. All you need to do is place a call to our customer care desk and have one of our representatives guide you on how we can arrange a pick up. Our experts take one to two days to retrieve data from hard drives, which is time enough for you to get your company back up and running or complete projects that are stuck in your damaged media.

RAID Data Recovery

The Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) configuration is mostly applied in computing environments that require a locally maintained server to optimize on data security. Sometimes, we employ all three methods where a client needs total assurance that they have completely destroyed data that can be used against them in a court of law. In other cases, sensitive data that is left lying idly on unused hard drives.

E-Waste Recycling

At techpanther, we consider the needs of clients who would like to dispose of their obsolete hard drives after we are done recovering the data in them. Additionally, we also recycle e-waste in the form of broken computers peripherals and home entertainment consoles including DVDs, TVs, and old gaming consoles.
